About the Role: As a Call Center Representative at Style Netbox, you'll be the frontline of our company, interacting with customers to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues. You'll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, provide updates, and gather feedback.
  • Accurately record and maintain customer information and interactions in the database.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in computer and typing skills.
